At The Thrifty Stork, we want you to love your pre-loved fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative, including the packing slip and authorization number inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the quality of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
